“This was the worst experience EVER. I was shown 3 rooms and they all smelled like something died in them. The front desk clerk was very unapologetic and rude. The towels, bed sheets, and bathroom was disgusting. These rooms are nit worth over $20. The place looks like a crackhouse. ”

“I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally clean—the rooms, the lobby, even the pool area. The room itself was super comfortable, with cozy bedding and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, tasty options that really hit the spot each morning. “Check-in staff was friendly. Room was lovely with a great view of the mountains. Room had espresso machine. Would prefer regular coffee in the room, but there was a station set up in the lobby. Wish we had more time to check out the pool, but were just passing through town. ”

“We arrived at 8:15 at night when the pool closed at 8:00 - so no swimming, but Billy went above and beyond to make us feel better. There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.”
