“Lady at the front desk was amazing when dealing with what the hotels.com app stated with sleeps 5 vs when we got there and it was a small room not really for 5 people. She switched us to a king with a pull out bed and brought us a cot style bed. Give her 5/5 it looked like it needed some things fine tuned like screws tightened in the door lock and cosmetics. However I got it for us to enjoy the pool for few hours and to lay our heads for two days. Would consider staying again. ”
