She said “No you didn’t” and proceeded to ignore me and charge the others. I showed her the receipt and she didn’t explain anything. With her rudeness she added undue stress to us. I was getting these rooms as part of my kids Christmas gift, as we are going to a red wings today. She alone ruined our stay.
