“The house was gorgeous! We did have a little issue when making bacon and had a bit of a time to get the code to get the alarm off. Then they showed up to cut the grass. It was loud for about two hours. The guy on the mower was cursing loudly when he had issues with the mower. I would suggest a handrail to go to the basement. The games outside and inside were so much fun! Would stay again. Such a peaceful place.”

As history nerds the background and buildings were fascinating to learn about. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Sitting on the porch drinking delicious wine was the highlight of our trip.
