“This particular Quality Inn is showing it's age, though clean, the room was quite dated and had two refrigerators; one was inoperable. The mattress had seen better years. The bathroom, by far, was about the worst. The plumbing fixtures were loose in the shower and the toilet was far too low, and without any hand rails to assist with usage (not ADA compliant in any form), and the seat was loose. The staff was sweet, though. Courteous.”

“When i got to the hotel they told me they were book, a 100 percent occupied, however that was not the case, it was visible that several rooms where available. I showed my reservation but she did not honor the reservation. Now what is ironic is that normally Expedia would have sent an email stating that I did not show up and that it was a cancellation. Albeit, I log into my email a week later and I see you all sent an email inquiring how was my check in, so apparently the check in process did……

“The place wasn’t terrible, the beds were well-made, and there was ample space in the room itself; however, in the sink, the water ran extremely close to the edge of the basin, making it difficult to use properly. The shower drain also didn’t work properly, so water would pool on the floor of the tub. Other than that, it was a nice and cheap place to stay for two nights and I would be willing to stay again.”

“This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it.”
