“from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. “I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“The front desk associate at check-in, set the tone for our stay. Yura, was very kind and understanding. I especially appreciated her kindness after a ten hour car ride. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. There were a few miscommunications at check-in on my part and Yura was very gracious in helping me out. “It was hard to find the drive entrance. We had to use Onstar because the entrance was NOT well marked - the sign (easily missed) simply stated lodging. The driveway had to go through an entrance that passed power transmission before getting to the hotel. They should have a FAIRFIELD INN sign instead of lodging.”
