“I had accidently booked my stay for the next day & Johnie & Janet(?) were amazing at helping me. I was given a key to a room so I could get my 4 travel weary kids settled. I was able to cancel my booking on Expedia for the next day & then booked for the that day at the same price online. I went down to give them the confirmation & everything was good. I would've paid whatever to stay but they worked with me. I loved these 2 ladies in that moment. Traveling solo with 4 young children is not easy……

“Worked in a pinch, they are doing some remodeling from the looks of it so the pool is down, shower wouldn't turn to shower mode and the A/C unit needed to be replaced because the control panel wasn't intact. ”

“I was unable to stay at my requested hotel because Hotels.com overbooked my reservation. Despite a lengthy conversation, your reservation center was unable to find an alternate hotel within 50 miles. I ended up finding a room on my own that was over 300 miles away. I made this reservation for 10/13/23 well in advance so I would have a room to stay in for the annular solar eclipse on 10/14/23”

“We stayed at Casa Uva while visiting family in Farmington and it was perfect. The backyard is set up for kids to enjoy the outside-- pool, putting green, basketball goal, and sandbox. Location is perfect near grocery stores & restaurants. This place had all the amenities and communication was seamless. We will stay here every time we make it to Farmington”

“Lots of easy access ro dtores”

“The property is very nice. Good place for larger groups of people that gather. We had one small plumbing issue but the host responded very quickly, even on a holiday weekend. It is a tri-level home so there are stairs to most of the bedrooms. However, main floor has 1 bedroom which worked out for the person we had who couldn’t climb stairs. This was a very nice stay, We would stay here again if we return to the area.”
