“The staff was Amazing. I never had the hotel staff call my room and ask if everything was up to my expectations and If I needed anything. The room was so clean & refreshing. My friend locked my keys in the car & the morning maintenance man helped us get are keys in less than a minute. I've been to a lot of hotels 2star-5star this hotel was the best hotel experience I ever had. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The grounds and pool area looked like it was out of a magazine. Loved it. Highly……

“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone . I am so disappointed. please don't choose this hotel”

“Desk and breakfast staff were all very effective. I suggest an upgrade to the personal products offered in the bath. The shampoo is a brand offered at the lowest tier motels, and the facial and toilet tissues were like sandpaper. ”
