“The staff and the property was wonderful. We booked a family room and had 3 little ones. There was more than enough space for them to get their energy out after some time in the car. We heard the breakfast was awesome, but it was a typical hotel breakfast - eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, waffles, oatmeal and cereal. Not complaining though, just thought it was going to be a little different. Otherwise, will definitely stay again!”

“Waste from last guest left on trash can. Toilet paper and tissue were almost used out. Apparently the housekeeper didn’t do her/his job well. The cleanness of the room is in doubt.”

“Fantastic location!!! Walk to EVERYTHING downtown. Next to train tracks, you will hear every train. I like that and don’t wake for the night trains! You? Room newly but simple and basic reno, except not the bathroom yet. Room was spotless and functional and big. New owners are fantastic, but fixing up what had been a dilapidated hotel takes time and money so if you’re needing perfection stay elsewhere (& pay accordingly!). If you want an imperfect work in progress place to stay for a really good……

“Our room was very clean and nice. Limited breakfast menu, but we made due. Sadly there was a truck in the other hotel parking lot that kept its engine running all night. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again. ”
