“My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. ”

“Great place for a short stay. We were attending a wedding at Dawn Ranch and it was only a 5 min walk. Host was really flexible with an early check in and he allowed us to leave the car in the driveway while we got breakfast. Very small space but practical and cozy!”

“We've enjoyed a lot of vacations on Tomales Bay, but this one was incredibly memorable! Right in the waterfront, easy reach to Nick's Cove and the Marshall Store, and so comfortable. The host has done an incredible job of building and decorating with textures and art and furniture. Some short-term rentals go for the "generic" but here you find your host has curated the space for the perfect combination of comfort and interest. “We booked this place with the expectation to really hang out at the river or the nearby beaches. When we arrived, we quickly realized that we were going to enjoy the house.A few notes you should know before going are that there are stairs and lots of them, we couldn't get the firepit to work so if that is your interest reach out in advance to understand how it works, there is a comment about the smell of the water -- that has been resolved or we did not experience that and don' t let the outside……
