“The manager was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. The manager seemed to be there most of the time. Breakfast was hot and tasty with eggs, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, fruit, several coffees, yogurt. The fresh waffle machine worked. They even had a certain exotic tea that I liked on hand, (Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger). And breakfast on the weekends extends to 10am, which is a Godsend after a night of partying. “First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“Our family of four really enjoyed being able to see horses, dogs and kittens (all safely enclosed in their own spaces) while staying at this well appointed property - they even provided a few snacks for our arrival! Travelers should note there are not a lot of food or grocery shopping options nearby (15-20 minutes) so some planning ahead is recommended. ”
