The amenities are excellent, the rooms are consistently clean and the location is ideal for getting around Waikiki. What really stands out, though, is the staff—they’re always friendly, helpful and make the stay feel welcoming. I keep coming back because I know I’ll have a comfortable and enjoyable stay every time."

"Great resort. We were only there for a few days on our way to Tokyo. We were a couple with no kids. It was very family friendly with no adults only area. So if you a couple going on vacation this resort may not be your cup of tea. "

"I stayed here for 4 nights during my vacation, but they couldn’t even provide basic services like room cleaning. I had to ask multiple times since the morning, and they still didn’t clean the room even by the evening. The bathroom was also very small. Overall, it was absolutely not worth the money, and I would not come back."

"Typical two double bed room, clean, updated, partial ocean view. Did not use the pool. Breakfast is a typical Continental/eggs and bacon kind of fare. Staff is very friendly."

"Great property. The Hokupa’a tower stay was luxurious, closest to an all inclusive you could get in Hawaii. Everything was clean and amazing and access to Lanai was the highlight of the stay. Proximity to whaler’s village, good shopping and a great beach. Overall, highly recommend "
