“It was like stepping into the Wayback Machine and returning to the Gilded Age of the late 1800’s. The architectural features (hexagonal bathroom floor tiles, steam radiators, vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, framed historical photographs of the area, etc etc). You get the idea. We could have spent an extra day just exploring the nooks and crannies of the building. The breakfast buffet was filling and offered a variety of good food. Good value for the money. “Check in info sent by email self explanatory. Room was beautifully appointed with a lovely bath that had everything you could want. Even a little private porch to relax on. TV was easy to use and provided lots of cable channels to surf. Walking distance to quaint downtown area with several eateries and shops. AND a movie theater! ”
