“Extra Clean Rooms, Housekeepers are AMAZING and FAST!! Our group went downstairs to eat breakfast early each day and upon returning to our rooms, the rooms were COMPLETELY SERVICED AND CLEAN!! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay!! ”

“The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.”

“The staff was GREAT! kiran the manager,DD at the front desk and Derrick were great. they made me feel at home as soon as i arrived. if i needed anything they were there to help with a smile on their faces. Customer service is very important to me.I work hard for my money and i don't spend my money with any bussines that has poor customer Service and a whole lot of employees with funky attitudes, thats not acceptable. i will most definitely be back. Keep up the good work.”
