“The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. ”

“Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here.”

Personnel inexistant .. nous n avons pas vu 1 seul employé... pour le check in les clés sont posées sur le comptoir avec un plan Propriété pas entretenue : chemins bourrés de trous, saleté, toiles d araignées, ronces Chambres sales : taches sur le lit. Tapis de douche sale Cafards partout! Nous avons du partir en pleine nuit apres en avoir trouvé dans nos oreillers !!! L endroit etait désert et abandonné digne d un film d horreur. N y allez pas”

“WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER. WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED. ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING……

“The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. ”

“The hotel is what you think of it. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Clean room. Bathroom could be updated but still nice. Only thing I would add is maybe better pillows or more as they are paper thin ”

“They appear to do well with security due to being next to a trucker stop. But its so outdated, bugs in the common areas”
