“Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice and the property is well-maintained. We look forward to staying again. ”

“The suites are very spacious and comfortable. Having a small bar area serving alcohol in the evening was certainly a welcomed bonus. The morning breakfast had numerous options and the staff working breakfast were excellent.We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel at a very affordable rate.”

“Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“Nice experience, the customer service was great. Only minor issues: room phone didn't work, shower knob fell off and high chair was broken. Like the layout and location. ”

“The premises and room were in great condition. It looks like it was recently renovated. The room was spacious and clean, though there were a few parts where some of the wallpaper had either come loose or been pulled by previous guests. There was a plethora of charging ports and outlets, though not enough by the heads of the beds. The only complaint is related to the shower: the flooring seemed much older than the rest of the room, and the water pressure was very weak. It also took a long time……

“I love this chain, and we are returning guests to this location in Memphis. For the same price as other local hotels, we get a couch area (that will make into a bed), a huge TV, a kitchen with dishes, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, built in storage, and a desk area. The beds are comfy, the room clean and cool, the hotel quiet and in a safe location. You can walk to a few eating areas across the street.”
