“The main issue is that the bathroom was horrible. Getting in and out of the small bathroom was difficult because of the door opening inward. The shower took forever to drain and the shower partition didn't go over far enough to block water from coming out. There was standing water in the bathroom after the shower was used. Very unfortunate because the rest of the stay was great. The room itself was spacious with lots of storage and counter space. Also, the beds were comfortable, my kids loved……

“The property was generally fine, though the lobby entrance was being repaired, and it was not clearly marked as to where to enter. We were charged twice for a security deposit, and the first room we were given was occupied. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom that we passed back and forth between shower and sink. The breakfast area did not have napkins and forks out. ”

“I dont have one complaint....Exceptional staff. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. Nice pool area. Tucked back off main thoroughfare so not much traffic noise. ”

“The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. ”

“Check in was pleasant. Smell in garbage cans by elevators was horrendous. Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom toilet was gross.”

“Extremely clean, cold a/c, great water pressure in the shower, comfortable linens. Fantastic place to stay!”

“The room was dirty around the edges. The staff was helpful, especially the gentleman taking care of the breakfast area.”

“The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out. ”

“The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. ”
