“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“It’s good value and a rare hotel whose hot tub actually works! Good breakfast selection too. Only negative is that the EV chargers are far too expensive for overnight. At 2.75/h, it’s more economical to fast charge elsewhere, unless you’re willing to wake up in the middle of the night to move once you’re full. Lower this to $2/h, or charge by kWh (+ idle fee if you absolutely need to), and I’d use it every time. ”
