“The front desk staff was extremely helpful prior to our visit. We had some questions and they were answered promptly. We rented 2 rooms and each one was clean and very spacious. We had enough towels to accommodate everyone. We particularly loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Neither was crowed so we could really enjoy our time spent there. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, the outlets, and the park. It was an ideal place to stay.”

“Breakfast area had a strong smell of wet dog didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. The parking lot was full at times making it difficult to find a spot.”

“This was a fantastic spot to stay right in Hershey. There is a pool (above ground), a grill and a fire pit that you can use. We loved the atmosphere! The bathroom tile was very retro. Also, the bed was the most comfortable on my whole trip. We will definitely be back.”

“There was five of us and they put us in the smallest room and the pull out bed didn’t even pull out all the way because it hit the bedframe. And breakfast wasn’t good at all”

“Brandon gave us a warm, friendly and effective welcoming check in. Every staffs are friendly, especially the breakfast department staffs who’s working non stop to refill everything for guests. As well as the house keepers are very friendly as well. The hotel is super clean, well maintained and we will be back next time visiting Hershey Park! Thank you!”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”
