“Everything was great except during check out when the front desk insisted we did valet parking. He walked around asking workers and it was shocking that no one knew what was going on. He also didn’t want to answer any of my questions and just ignored it like he didn’t hear me. Anyway, he didn’t seem like he liked his job nor had any customer service training. It’s too bad because the hotel was great but he left a bad lasting impression. Not the way to end an amazing trip. To HR: you need to……
