Love the Location for being near North Shores Miami and the ocean. It is an older refurbished hotel, very cute with nice pool location. We were there during August and not too busy. It may become a noisier place in the winter with the club and music right below the rooms. It was a lovely stay.

This is a budget friendly hotel. The guy at the front desk was awesome. The elevators in the tower did not work and have not worked since we were there last year. He happily got our luggage to our room in minutes. He went above and beyond. The ice machines broke and were not fixed during our stay. Still a good value in Miami if you set your expectations correctly. The view was amazing

The property is definitely of age, cleanliness was alright, but many areas in bad condition, eg. gym not a real gym, elevator squeaky, balcony door in our room did not lock, stayed open the entire stay… Staff was nice, but rather uninformed. Our stay was booked with breakfast included, but no breakfast was available. Restaurant is closed because off-season, but nobody thought to inform us. Why sell me a room with breakfast if no breakfast is available. All in all, we wouldn’t return…but for some that only cares for a low budget stay, this may work out fine.

Throughout my stay in Miami , this is my favorite. It have a nice restaurant but honestly the food isn’t that good , the drinks need working but you will get an amazing sunset view , around the pool has some loose tiles that need fixing because I stumped my toe , but over all the place was clean and the room was spacious

The rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property and the hallways and common areas look old and in bad shape. For example water is dripping from roof in hallways, stairs look dirty, ice machine didn’t work and pool is small. Bar area is decent though food is just ok. Staff is nice.

Nice place ,great view ,very clean ,excellent customer service. The only negative thing was that the elevator was broken for the three days we stayed and we were on the third floor and traveling with two uncles over 70.
