“Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not……

Remodeled 2BR · 5 Mi to Disneyland · Fenced Yard
Fullerton
9.8 分，总分 10，绝佳，（40 条点评）
“First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.”

“This VRBO was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very nice pool and hot tub and BBQ area.I chose this property because it was so close to friends we were coming to visit. It is a very nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a pool and hot tub. Very clean and has almost everything you could need for a stay. The only thing it didn't have was a regular coffee maker, which I bought and left for other families to use. It did have a Keurig, but I……

“Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”

“The house had great amentities. Hot tub was hot and worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were clean and in great working condition. Nice large driveway for parking. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was not up to our cleanliness standards. The bathroom next to the king size bedroom had brown dirt caked along the baseboards, mold in the grout of the tile, and grime in the sliding door grate. The……

“The house was nice for our family but I had to contact the host for face towels. I was told they were being phased out. She showed up with some so I appreciated that. The house needs to get touch up paint on the doorways and cabinet in bathrooms it appears to be dirty but it’s just needs touch up paint. They need to clean better they was built up dirty in all the corners of every room but the kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work and one of the bedroom had a warped bed and non working fan. I……
