“The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. We did not use the kitchen to cook. The refrigerator worked well and the washer and dryer worked as well. The only one small gripe was there were no……

“The highlights of the property were that it was accommodating for my kids and family and close to the highway. Although coming in off the highway, the area has a lot of traffic. Normal for California but in this situation you are funneled into one option and stuck. The host and his team were extremely communicative but even this had its drawbacks back as the messages they sent me were frequent and even as late as 11:30 at night. There was also extra paperwork and documents, even after we arrived……

“We had such an excellent stay. It was perfect for our large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Excellent communication, as we got locked out (our fault) and we messaged the host and within 5 minutes they were there helping us get back in! We will use the house again in the future!”
