“Property was a nice location to visit family in Jacksonville and friends in Medford. It was comfortable, quiet, bright and cheery. Would have liked a little more storage, somewhere to put my suitcase besides the floor or a dresser to put my clothes in and then tuck the suitcase away but it worked. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice as well but again it worked out. Nice open parking and beautiful views.”

“Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...

“Rustic and relaxing location right on the river. Well equipped kitchen and propane for the BBQ. We didnt use them, but there were fishing rods on the deck. The road was a little noisy at night. Secure location. Our dog had a nice yard to roam in, although she chose to bark at bigfoot first each time she went out”
