“We had a great time in this cabin. The hot tub was amazing at night while looking up at the stars. The house was clean and had plenty of dishes for us to cook and enjoy meals at home. ”

“Rented property for 04/05-04/08. We found out the place had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We contacted the manager, Stacey, and sent pictures. Stacey called and said it was her fault and she would have the cleaner come immediately but the cleaner lived about an hour away. She then put us on hold to talk to the cleaner. After being on hold for about 15 minutes Stacey came back on the call and said “there’s been a break in” with the most pathetic attempt for panic I’ve ever heard.……
