“Touring band stopping in Wichita on the last weekend of a 2 week tour. This Derby residence was a perfect, peaceful stay after a great show and had us feeling refreshed and ready for tonight in Tulsa!”

“Staying in Wichita with family for a Women's Softball Tournament. Great place to crash for the night and make breakfast in the morning before spending the day at Wilking Stadium. Easy access to Wichita, Wichita State University, and the airport. Excellent communication with the host. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Will definately stay here again next summer!”

“Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. Furnishings were very comfortable and adequate. The only two things we would have changed is the hardwood floors were squeaky and the only TV available were apps. ”

“This dump is neither a suite nor inn. Approaching the motel you see a very large abandoned, boarded up, run down, vacant, restaurant. The motel and office are around the back. It was very difficult to tell if the place had gone out of business especially when we found the entance to the office to be LOCKED!!! After banging on the door a woman, who was the ONLY employee, came, unlocked the door and let us in to checked us in. She performed ALL duties from maid to front desk activities!!! The room……

Appreciated that there were lots of outlets for all of the electronics! And plenty of bathrooms so that no one was ever waiting. 100% would recommend!
