“We arrived and the a/c wasn't working. The property manager communicated that someone would be there the next morning but we should open the front and back door for the breeze. It was cool outside but over 80 inside. The back door was open but we couldn't open the front door because there was no screen door and mosquitos and other bugs could get in. “Outstanding rural area where we didn’t see another person during our stay-exactly what we wanted. We brought all of our food and fishing gear. We had our three year old grandson with us and he loved watching the lizards on the SE side of the house! Great dock for fishing. We grilled on the patio and enjoyed snores there too. Several areas to gather inside to eat and play games in the evening. My boys definitely want to return!”

“What a great stay! This house near Kaw Lake was exactly what we were looking for. Very recently remodeled, and everything was as advertised. Great house in the country very close to Kaw Lake, and had room for our boat trailer. Kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed everything. “This was a superb stop on our travels and my work. Roomy, with everything you need to spend a couple of nights in Caldwell on your travels. Beds were great, the place was quiet and the car port in the back was perfect for loading/unloading even in damp weather. We caught up on laundry and enjoyed the open concept living.
