“If you are a germ phob do not go there if you have allergies to dogs don't go there if you want a less expensive place to stay this is your place the person I dealt with had immediate communication there is zero cell phone service in that area so download your information for the code to the door and Wi-Fi password before you get there we had to drive into town twice to get our information to get settled in and get internet.”

“Loved, loved, loved the A-frame cabin in the woods. The back deck is amazing for star gazing. Big trees. Very quiet. The house had everything we needed. It's close to Pagosa Springs and Durango, but away from the tourist crowds. Two bathrooms made is comfortable for our group. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We love Colorado ”

“This lovely property is only a 20 minute drive from Bayfield. Other's have mentioned the roads being a little rough, but we had no problems with our SUV. However, the road to the property has several somewhat steep switchbacks which may seem a little intimidating if you come from "flat" country. You are definitely in the mountains so make sure you know where you're going before driving anywhere in case you lose cell coverage. The property was clean and fully stocked and was VERY cozy and...
