“It's a beautiful lodge. The room is very nice. We couldn't figure out how to turn the fireplace on/off. There was also a resort charge added when we checked in that Expedia didn't account for.”

“The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous room and bathroom lighting and the outlets and usb ports on each nightstand. We stay overnight in Montrose often, and had used a similar motel up the street for years. The Minecart really outshines our previous motel. We are making the Minecart our new lodging space”

I especially was appreciative of the layout of the bathroom which easily facilitated the use of the toilet as I have bad knees. I will definitely be staying here for any future trips to Montrose. ”
