“The Hyatt was good. The first night we were there we had a room on the 3rd floor rooftop out the window and when we started to go to sleep we noticed a hugh noise outside like a compressor running. Didn't think we'd sleep so Manager came up and moved us to the 5th floor. Great attitude no problem at all. Breakfast was also good lots of choices.”

“This is an excellent place to stay if you need easy and quick access to RDU. Very convenient. Hotel is pet friendly, reasonably priced, and nice. Breakfast selections were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, you will hear the planes if you are outside, but in the room, they are not noticeable when the heat or air/fan is on. Tru hotels are a go-to for me when I travel. I recommend this hotel brand for good price, cleanliness, service and convenience. ”

“We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am. Staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay! ”

“I really have no complaints regarding this Hotel. I thought a few areas in the room could have been cleaner / updated. A little rust here and there and dust under the sink in the corner. However, staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was nice and quiet for the most part.”
