The hotel was nice. There were a lot of activities happening which I enjoyed. However there were no microwave in the room, the bathrooms crevices and corners needed a little more cleaning, there wete not enough pillows on the bed or blankets in the room. I asked for a extra blanket and pillow and the staff was very helpful a sent them to my room. But my stay was okay.

Great location, great customer service at front desk. All staff were great but front desk service was superb with food recommendations on a sheet made up for guests was helpful and cool etc. food was great at hotel lobby open fave meatloaf sandwhich with fried egg and gravy on top will sit you down! lol and on the 16th floor the breakfast was amazing as well. Will stay again 💙

It was hot even when temp readjusted, $30 valet a day, $18 each breakfast. It really felt like the more expensive the hotel the less that means. Cool we had a quicker route to the convention center and Starbucks. I've felt more satisfied at a sleep inn. The staff, aside from one valet, were very nice and helpful. We stayed at a different hotel last year across the street and I'll go back to it next year.
