“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”

It was the perfect space (including outdoor space) for my husband, daughter, and me. The owners have made updates to the furniture since the last time I stayed here and TVs have been added to the bedrooms. There is accessible parking and it is in walking distance of a lot destinations.”

“Pristinely clean, spacious with multiple couches and pillows to relax in the living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (working stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery for 4, pots and pans) for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Great restaurants and supermarkets were 5-10 mins drive away. Best of all, we could walk out the backdoor to Lake Johnson Park.”

“We came to UNC for a lacrosse camp for our teenagers. Loved the location! The house was clean and comfortable. The hostess was immediately responsive and accommodating when we asked for a bit of an extension for checkout. Great place to stay!,”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”

“The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.”
