“ This hotel truly rescued our birthday trip after a rough experience elsewhere. We arrived late, but the staff were gracious and immediately let us check in without hesitation. Every team member we met was warm, friendly, and attentive—offering smiles and helpfulness whether we passed through the lobby midday or grabbed a snack after midnight. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”
