"Breakfast consists only of unhealthy choices. Staff is unhelpful. The phone in my room didn’t work and there was no suitcase stand. I went down to ask for it. The reception guy didn’t help. When I called after 4 hours from my personal phone he was rude and hung up in my face "

"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "

"Lovely staff however the room needed an upgrade. The bathroom had stains and it wasnt up to par. The soap in the bathroom caused me to break out. Luckily it was only 2 stays and i would not recommend "
