Wonderful little cabin!

The downstairs porch area is magical. The host was thoughtful in providing amenities. We'd love to stay here again!

Great time at On the Rocks

Checking in was very easy and the hosts were very communicative during the booking and throughout our stay. The cabin was perfect and was exactly as it was described. We had a great time!

Best weekend ever!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had all the necessities that we needed! Everything was clean and well kept! If you are looking for a nice getaway with your loved one this is the place to be!!! Very peaceful and I’m the perfect location!

Cozy mountain getaway

My wife and I were looking for an affordable and comfortable cabin to stay in for the weekend. Thankfully I came across this property. The cabin was a perfect fit for us and we loved every minute of it. The drive up the mountain can take some time but it is just 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We would stay here many more times if we come back to the area.

Such a great time!

This cabin is the perfect place to have a relaxing getaway vacation. A hot tub, grill fire pit, and hiking trails right behind the cabin. My spouse and I barely left the cabin due to having many activities to do while there. The hosts were very quick to reply if we had any questions and even left us a little welcome basket with a bottle of wine to start our stay off great!

Everything was really well thought it. The cabin was nice and clean, secluded and well maintained. The only draw back I had was there are no steps going from upstairs to downstairs where the hot tub is without going outside, it rained most of our stay so we did get a little wet going down to the hot tub and the steps are a little slippery, but that’s just my opinion and definitely not a deal breaker at all. We had a great time and would come back. The host was very friendly and communicative from the start to the end and very thoughtful with things in the cabin for guest, had a bottle of wine and a small snack basket (enjoyed the wine). Getting to the cabin is pretty adventurous too, lol, but they do say that in the details. Overall 5 stars from us and would definitely stay in this cabin again in the future.

Small but perfect

Our stay was very nice, had fires inside and out, cooked on grill and enjoyed the great weather. A neighbors dog barked a lot but out of our control. Nice and close to Bear Claw Winery and good hiking trails. As we pulled in, a deer was standing 5 feet from the cabin.

New Years Getaway

We had such a great time! This cabin was just as advertised. We enjoyed walking the tracks and the trail. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed warm fires and some much needed relaxation in the hot tub. Very happy for our choice of cabins for our annual New Years Getaway!!!

Amazing get away

On the Rocks was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We took walks in the area and enjoyed the wild life and the sounds of nature. My fiancé hated leaving and begged to see if we could stay another night but mom duties at home was calling. We definitely plan on going back. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it.

Absolute wonderful place!

I almost don’t want to let everyone know how wonderful this place is but the owners deserve the credit! The setup in this cabin was perfect. We immediately felt at home. The owners thought of everything in my opinion. They left so many thoughtful touches. It was very clean and a beautiful spot. Despite the rain we were able to enjoy our visit. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful getaway!
