Family Reunion

We stayed for three nights. We were there to enjoy time together and explore Branson. We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The house was great and served our needs.

Incredible View

We loved everything about our lodging experience! It was as beautiful as the pictures advertised. There were 23 of us and this lodge provided spacious bedrooms, plenty of seating for meals and ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves! There were 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, 2 washers and dryers and 3 hot water heaters. The kids loved the pool table.The customer service was amazing. When we arrived the cabinet door under the sink was broken, and they came the first thing the next day and fixed it. This lodge was ideal for our family!

Clean and amazing view!!

This was a ladies weekend getaway, we had 33 women. The view was spectacular, and the house accommodated everyone’s needs and cleanliness. The only negative we had was the parking situation and construction. I know you cannot help the construction, however, there needs to be a plan regarding parking. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you!

Annual Golf Trip

Stayed here twice, and both times it has been GREAT!!! Love the space and 8 Rooms with King Sized Beds and bath. We will be booking here again next time we are in Branson!

Great Stay

The home easily accommodated our group of 8 adults and 11 children. The location was great - you could walk to Silver Dollar City if you wanted to and a ~15 minute drive to both Big Cedar and Branson Landing. The home was very clean, well appointed, and the owners were very communicative. While the development is currently under construction, we did not notice any noise and were not bothered in any way. Overall, a great value and place to stay for a large group.

Construction nightmare

Massive construction on ALL 4 sides, should have been disclosed. Inside home is great, outside is a war zone. Kids couldn’t step outside. Huge excavators digging 6’ off deck Diesel tank and massive construction dumpster in front,

False advertisement - NO INDOOR POOL.

False advertising and continued incorrect information provided in email directions regarding an indoor pool. . We talked to two different people from the directions provided and both stated the same story ‘A pool is being built and will be available in the spring’. Both said they have had others call regarding the pool from this unit and that the owners are knowledgeable that one is not available. An indoor pool was the reason the unit was selected, all of the kids were upset and disappointed. The tub and showers were not properly installed and pop due to there is no direct base to support under them.

Family reunion

What a beautiful property with an incredible view that fit our large families so comfortably! We had an after hours issue and we needed some assistance and the owners were readily available to help us. I would highly recommend this property!

Great for Family Reunion

We had a group of 35 ages 1 -80 stay at the property. There was plenty of room for everyone. We used the kitchen and outdoor grill to prepare meals and it worked great. We had plenty of seating for everyone to eat either indoors or outdoors. It was convenient that each family group had their own private bedroom and bathroom. And the view was terrific. HIghly recommend.

Family Vacay

There were 21 of us. Three of the families had young ones All of them were early risers. They stayed on the upper floor. Two families had grown children, Stayed in the lower level. Slept a little later. There were plenty of tables and seating for our group. The view of the lake is impressive. We had a good time and would consider returning in the future.

We enjoyed ourselves very much!

We loved staying at this home. Wonderful view! We all enjoyed it very much. However we did not like the fact that the thermostat was preset/ locked and the lowest it would go was 72 degrees and the fan would shut off periodically. When we were in Branson it was in the high 90’s, so more control of the air conditioning would have been nice. Also when we got there, the kitchen floor did not look like it had been swept very well. We swept up crushed chips and food under the bar area and by the kitchen sink. Other than that, we loved how much space there was for our family. Our kids loved playing with the pool table. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck in the morning, it was so beautiful. We also loved how close and easy it was to get to silver dollar city. We could see the fireworks from the pool at night. We would love to go back again!

Perfect for Family Gathering

This was the best rental we have had for our large family gatherings (24 adults and children). The 8 bedrooms with 2 king beds and private bathrooms for each was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 dishwashers and 3 refrigerators, all of which were needed. Top that off with beautiful views and plenty of seating for meals, both inside and on the back deck. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely consider this property again if we plan another family gathering in the Branson area.

Family Reunion

This property was great for a family reunion. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and avoid restaurants. We hit up James River Outfitters for a float trip, Silver Dollar City, the nearby Moonshine public beach, an Escape Room in Branson, and the outdoor pool facilities. There's a Wal-mart within 10 minutes, for anything you forgot to bring. We also wanted to play the nearby disc golf course, but didn't have time. Everyone slept really well because of the amount of bed space and the number of bathrooms. The wifi was a bit wonky in places, but good enough that people could Zoom into work meetings, and stream TV at the same time. The 6 yr old genuinely enjoyed learning to play pool.

Property is new and is laid out well. Because it is at the end of the road parking is great and the views off the back decks are wonderful. The house was not vacuumed, or at least well, when we arrived. Also there was a broken lamp in the bedroom just off the kitchen. Not deal breakers by any means but something ownership/management should be aware of. Biggest disappointment was no X-Box on site as promised in the arrival info. Our teenagers brought lots of games and then had no gaming system to use. Personally I hated the TV setup. Plenty of great TV's but basically had to have streaming accounts to watch just about anything. Couldn't even get the Olympics! Kitchen was awesome with great amenities, silverware, dishes, etc.
