“Will never book through Expedia again. Booked non-refundable. They didn’t have any 2 bdrm available at time of booking. A few days before I checked but couldn’t upgrade without forfeiting the full room rate because booked non-refundable. It’s not like I was cancelling, I was upgrading. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia.”

“We enjoyed staying here, room was very clean. They are very pet friendly and affordable. The only thing that was bad was the water pressure in the shower, it was very slow. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. ”

“Friendly staff at checkin. Gave a good overview of the hotel. Free tea coffee hot chocolate. Free cookies. Pool hours etc. Easy parking. Quick to get into downtown Charleston. ”

“I like the property, just one suggestion. It would be beneficial to install electric vehicle charging stations. I had to drive 20 minutes for the nearest station.”

“I was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews that had me concerned. I had a great stay!!! I stayed with my son and it was quiet and breakfast was beautiful, hotel breakfast but there was plenty and staff were absolutely excellent. Desk welcomed us quickly and the man knew we were running late and did so well to get us through. Start yo finish top notch. I slept well with the bed and pillows. I am choosy and these were very comfortable and the air conditioning was crispy 👌 i would stay……
