“This was easily one of our most relaxing and enjoyable stays away from home. Great communication and information started the whole trip on the right foot. The place itself is beautiful, clean and really did have everything we needed and then some. The personal touches made the whole trip feel welcoming and fun. The beds were very comfortable so we all slept in our first day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together and it was a treat to kick back in the early mornings with a……

“We loved the place! It was clean and spacious. We just didn't realize that we would have to drive to the community pools located on the property and thought amenities would be closer. Great hosts!”

“very nice and clean. host was very accommodating.”

“Just like the pictures”

“We had a great stay and really enjoyed being right on the water. We spent so much time out on the lake using the kayaks the owners provided, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The hot tub was also spotless and a perfect way to relax after a day on the water. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!”

“Our stay was not ideal and my interactions with the host were also not great. We stayed here a week after a snow storm and the driveway was not plowed nearly enough. We had 3 cars in the driveway and had to physically push them out because of how poorly the driveway was shoveled. It was 2 degrees out the day of our stay and when we got there the heat was OFF!! It was FREEZING inside and took the entire night to heat up. After leaving she accused my party of damaging her front door (which we did……

“Had a great time with my group of 12 - and the communication with the hosts was incredibly efficient. I can’t recommend enough!”

“Our stay at Old Mallard was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The peaceful lakefront setting, private pool, hot tub, and outdoor space made it easy to unwind, while the game room and spacious layout kept everyone entertained. Jennifer and Jose were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about providing a first-class experience. The……

“Country living with a beautiful outdoor pool and pond.”

“⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️ We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up. Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM. Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already……

“The property was well-equipped, beautiful location and very comfy!”

“No comment. Thank you.”

“I rented this Pocono home for a three night retreat with my daughter’s family which includes my three grandsons ages 22 through 16. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, projection room, poker table, ping-pong table, and shuffleboard. The five bedrooms let us spread out and the boys each had some private time. My dogs, who are trained to stay with me had a nice area to run. I would highly recommend this to other families, and we would consider renting here again,……

“Rough property, clean but there were faulty switches, water damage and floor damage. Lots of drywall patches, just generally deferred maintenance in several spots but owner stated he would attend to these after our departure. ”

“The place was great. Very clean. Lots of fun for the kids. We saw wildlife everywhere. The deer wondered the driveways. The just even offered additional time but unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow for it.”
