"We loved staying here, Everything about it was just gorgeous! From the views to the inside of the home!! The calm of the sound-side views makes it feel like you’re in your own peaceful paradise. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and shops near by and close enough to the ferry if you want to take a day trip to Ocracoke. The neighbors next to the home were super friendly and made us feel welcome there, even though their house is not a vacation home. The host, Heather, was great as well. Super nice and accommodating and was very responsive if I had a question. The only thing I can recommend is a couple of spatulas for the kitchen, for making eggs and such. Kitchen was very well stocked so you really don’t need to bring anything, not even spices! Also, the nails on the top deck need to be hammered down, there were a lot sticking out that a few of us cut our toes on, but that’s an easy fix. Highly recommend this house if you want a nice relaxing vacation! "
