“This hotel is very, very nice. Clean, comfortable, modern and just a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the staff (in particular Medina, Sydney and Jake) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful experience. “$25 per dog per night. That adds up to a lot! I e stayed with my dog across the country. This is The first hotel that charges per night. I stayed here even though the hotel was older - thinking I was saving — but the pet fee was so over the top. If you are looking for pet savings - this is not it. Other New Bern hotels are nicer and charge less. ”

“I could not have asked for a better place to stay on my travels through and around New Bern. I parked my car and never needed it again until the day I left. Everything was walking distance. I loved Linda’s breakfasts but also her attention to the little extras, including cookies, beverages, etc. It’s a beautiful spot and a great place to stay in New Bern. ”

“Overall the stay was good! Unfortunately, the pool was not open, pool operating times are not posted on their website. We brought bathing suits and were disappointed to learn it was unavailable. There weren't enough towels, we had to keep asking for more towels, housekeeping cleans every other day. The building is old and could use decor updates.
