Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. There were many fine amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Erie. It's close to the bayfront, many restaurants, several nice museums and Presque Isle. Sarah was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Everything about Sarah's place was outstanding and we highly recommend it to other travelers.”

It is pet friendly and has an area in the backyard that is fenced but it isn’t directly from the back door. There is a fire pit and picnic table. “Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair.
