“It’s a newer very clean hotel in the Lancaster area. The lobby is very spacious, the complimentary breakfast is suffice with a good amount of options. The rooms are standard with a very nice bathroom/shower. Our family would stay here again. Only down fall, in my opinion, would be the indoor pool. Once you walk inside the pool area it feels like a sauna. Little too warm for my liking, for others they might prefer it. ”
“it is wonderful experience. the real view looks the same to the picture online. room is very clean, large and modern. moreover, it is convenient to shop in the supermarket nearby or go to downtown LA. No breakfast service but capsule coffee machine in the room.”
"Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called."

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
