“What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! “All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.”
