Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days later I checked and the problem hadn’t been solved. Advertisement x expectations x reality. It’s advertised that the hotel has a roof top and the image shows some lights and people mingling. I thought the roof top would have a bar, some music and people, but it’s only a space with some tables and chairs. My bad again! No lounge chairs for a sunbath, no umbrellas if too sunny. I didn’t ask, but I guess you cannot have a meal served there. It’s only a space to chitchat with a friend or family. Restaurant and bar. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar with a space outside that is super nice and convenient, but prices are the same or higher than many other options around. Which makes it not really attractive.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking spots were spacious. Hôtel location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast was superb, hot, selection was plentiful and everything fresh. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very informative. Bonus was that the hotel had happy hour for hotel guests to mingle in the hotel lounge. Seating in lounge area very comfortable. Coffee, tea and water always available in reception area at all hours. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room had steps dividing it in half mid-room, which was dangerous for our one year old with the hard floor, and we couldn’t relax in the room while trying to keep him safe. We also weren’t comfortable using the radiator for his safety so our room was cold at night. Given the price of the bed and breakfast, we were also disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included.

The hosts David and Hellen were very friendly and helpful. The place was decorated in vibrant colours and very cheerful. The room, lobby and kitchen were very clean. The furniture is recent, very comfortable, tastefully done and in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room had places for your stuff. The breakfast was with lots of fruit, cheese, nuts, cereal, toast and boiled eggs, the coffee was great as well Within 10 minutes walking distance to the theatre and all the great restaurants. It a very nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The rooms have mini split heat pumps for cooling. We are looking forward to going back next summer.
