"We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Ponderay! Our room was perfectly clean. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The amazing breakfast included- make your own waffles, cheese omelets, potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, eggs Benedict, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, espresso and 4 choices of juice and more! Check in and out was a breeze. BUT the most impressive part of our stay was the friendly, helpful, kind and efficient staff! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the maintenance gentleman, all were wonderful! Bonus- loved having Sweet Lou’s literally in the same parking lot, if you need to grab a meal or late night cocktail."

"My daughter and I loved the walking paths around the property. We did have a problem with the toilet, and specifically asked that the repairman not wake us up before 10 AM. He woke us up at 8:15! This was after the phone call where the lady verified with me that we would not be woken up before 10 AM. We reserved a studio without a view of the golf course. I was a bit surprised that the studio had a direct view of all the cars in the parking lot and nothing else. The balcony was right in front of all the parked cars. Not the most pleasant. If I come again, I will probably ask for a view of the golf course. I am a member of a different timeshare, and I have never seen a balcony directly in front of a parking lot. It’s beyond me to understand why anyone would want to own such a timeshare. The staff were very helpful and I absolutely love the walking trails. The restaurant on site was closed on Monday and Tuesday. We visited on Monday and Tuesday so that was quite disappointing."

"The Outdoors Inn is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and comfortable with an upscale simplicity that fits the North Idaho style. I appreciate the ease of check in, as well as the eco friendly style. There's no daily interruption of maid services, but a quick call brings anything you might need. Its a home away from home. This is a small locally owned buisness and I appreciate knowing they care about the buisness and their guests. The Outdoors Inn is my first choice when I visit Sandpoint. "

"The cabin is well thought out and decorated. It is inviting and relaxing. Just a few minutes outside of Sandpoint and you are surrounded by trees. We will absolutely be returning."
