"The property was nice it looked similar to the photos. With some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was amazing. As far as the location it's wonderful. You're not far from anything. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We could absolutely get over the little things and make the most of our trip. "Our flight was delayed because of bad weather up north. We had to made last minute arrangements to stay and chose the Caribbean Presidential Suite Ocean View. Our host Ivan was very informative about the hotel. The room was very clean, the beach was a short walk and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. We were told that the pool was closed, but that was ok. Thank you Ivan for great communication."

"We have stayed at many Residence Inns. They do not fail to satisfy. Breakfast is always good. I like the fact that they offer almond or oat milk to people who are non-dairy. This particular one did not have a big vat of oatmeal but offered simple cups of instant. Although I prefer the vet it was okay. It is wonderful to sit by the pool in the morning or outside and have a pleasant breakfast. There was some noise from Jets because the airport is close by but we soon got used to this and it was only outside and not inside. Someone texted me every night to make sure that we had what we needed and when we needed more towels or toilet paper the response was immediate. The only thing that I did not like was the $45 extra Resort fee with some credit towards the store and the on-site bar/restaurant. There was never much in the store that we really needed and it was all overpriced. The bar rarely had supplies of the meals we were interested in by the end of the day and for 12.50 you cannot get much. They clearly need more check-in people during peak hours because if you have a simple question for the desk and it is busy you have to wait there for several minutes"

"Stayed at this hotel during spring break with my husband and kids, and we really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it’s within short walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in addition to the solid options on the resort itself. We specifically chose this property because it was one of the few with a true pool bar, which was a big plus for us. My kids had an amazing time—between the pool and the small playground nearby, they were fully entertained. That said, like most resorts, the pool area fills up quickly and lounge chairs are usually claimed by around 8am. If you’re not an early riser, it’s tough to snag one unless you rent a cabana. It wasn’t a big issue for us since we spent most of our time in the water anyway. There’s also easy access to the beach, which was a nice bonus. I took advantage of the 24-hour gym daily—nothing over the top, but definitely enough equipment for a solid vacation workout. I went early, so it was always pretty empty, though it started to pick up around 7–8am. The food was consistently great. We had lunch at the Aqua Bar every day and never had a bad meal. Drinks were also good, though some were stronger than others. I’d recommend skipping the frozen drinks if you’re looking for a real buzz—they were pretty light on the alcohol. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely come back with the kids again."
