Friendly staff, convenient location, daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and server Emanuel was awesome. Will definitely be our go to when in the island.

This is just referring to The Pelican hotel Carolina Not the City Carolina itself. Though extremely affordable, the Pelican is NOT recommended for anyone to stay while on vacation unless you want bedbugs (not mosquitoes), stray cats and bird poop.
