“Perfect location with great space for us to spread out and catch up on travel laundry. Only downside was there aren’t blackout curtains and when the sun comes up at 4:15am, it’s pretty brutal for wake-up. ”

The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. “The stay here was exactly what we were looking for during our short visit to the cape. The place was very clean, and laid out perfectly for multiple guests, as the upstairs was separate from the downstairs. This added level of privacy was an added bonus to an already wonderful place.
