"I truly enjoyed staying at this property. My friend and I were on a research trip and spent a lot of time on the front porch working. WiFi was very strong and the home was fully furnished with everything we needed. We were even invited to pick fresh strawberries in the garden! We both really enjoyed ourselves and agreed when we have to do one more trip in VA we’ll be staying here again."

Serenity is one of the best - very quiet and peaceful location, excellent hot tub, well-stocked house in terms of kitchen as well as little touches here and there. The creek offers lots to do and watch (we saw beavers one evening!). We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and have already made reservations to come back again!"

"What a peaceful place to visit. Wonderful views of the river, which was mere steps from the house. Had everything we needed for a quiet getaway Thanksgiving. My husband, son and dog enjoyed exploring the river and nearby train tracks. An afternoon at VT was a short drive away. Will be back with our kayaks for warm summer fun. Thanks Frank!"

"This was the perfect property for our recent trip to Virginia Tech for our daughter’s graduation. It is easily accessible from 460, making it a great choice for Tech activities. Everything was as advertised with an added surprise gift of freshly baked coffee cake and a lovely hand-illustrated welcome note! Paul and Colleen provided excellent directions and were prompt with communication. Unfortunately, we found this gem on our last visit to Blacksburg. If we ever find ourselves coming back I...

"It was a very nice, quiet place. Very clean, with everything we needed. There are lots of places for hiking and taking walks, or just sitting outside and enjoying nature. "

"I like it. I would book again but in warmer weather for me. I enjoy the scenry, the openness and the quietness. One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing."
