“We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. ”

“Everything about Firefall Ranch was amazing! Wonderful staff all over the property and the restaurant was a great addition to have as an amenity. This place is secluded and to have amazing food and restaurant, easily gets 5 stars out of me. "This was the worst tent I've ever stayed in. The quilt was incredibly thin and filthy—essentially a sleeping bag-like blanket, with numerous stains, including a dark red one that looked like blood... disgusting. The blanket was also incredibly dirty and black. It was freezing cold at night. I stayed in my down jacket, curled up in it, unable to fall asleep for ages! The tent had three windows that let in drafts... even with my clothes on, I could still feel the wind on my head... I only managed about three or four hours of light sleep... At 4 a.m., the neighbor's alarm went off... followed by the sound of the bear box door opening... and at 5 a.m., another neighbor's alarm went off... For $182 a night, I'd be better off sleeping in my car!"
